Welding
We have a wide range of qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Qualification Records (WQR) along with the associated test results to allow our personnel to weld using the various methods with various materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Exotics.
We can tailor a procedure to individual customer needs using the various combinations of welding process and consumables that conforms to the requirements of the applicable standards.

Pressure Piping
We have the capability and expertise to manufacture large and small bore pipe spools and pipe systems accordance to client specifications and relevant national and international standards. We have a broad experience, with skills to work with Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex steels, nickel-base alloys, as well as jacketed piping systems.
We can incorporate spooling into your equipment and process skids, or ship unassembled components to site for on-site installation.

Structural
We manufacture structural items such as pipe supports, pipe racks, handrails and steel platforms. We offer quick turnarounds with quality workmanship along with any NDT testing that may be required. All records will be compiled in an MDR, available upon request for structural items.

Assembelies
Assemblies are specifically designed to reduce start-up cost on site and make for easy transportation to remote locations. We have the capability to manufacture the piping and structural components, and assembling all components ready for transportation. Along with our contractors we can pressure test and action any NDT testing required, where the reports will be included within the MDR along with all applicable traceability.
